The tool runs entirely in your web browser. The payroll reports and return spreadsheets you add are read on your computer and are never sent to us or anyone else. The page is built so that it cannot make network requests, and it works with the internet switched off.
If you save a client profile or enter a licence key, it is stored in your browser's local storage on that computer only. We can't see it. You can delete it at any time by removing the profile or key in the tool, or by clearing your browser's site data.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard access information such as IP addresses and browser details when pages are loaded; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't add analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. The helper itself makes no network requests once it has loaded.
If you email us, for example to ask for a trial key or for help, we keep your email address and our messages so we can reply, issue your key and support you. A licence key contains the email address it was issued to. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask. Email us and we'll delete your details, except what we need to keep for our records of keys issued and payments.
Payments are handled by the payment provider named when you buy (for example PayPal), under its own privacy policy. We receive the payer's name, email address and the amount, not card details.
